Minal Rajkarne
Founder | B.E Chemical Engg.
A first-generation women entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the food and essential oil processing industry. Minal is passionate about innovation and has successfully developed more than 15 products during her career. She has also provided technical consultation on various food and agricultural projects.
A Proven Leader in SME Development: Minal played a pivotal role in the implementation of the SIDBI project “Implementing BDS for SMEs.” This flagship project, funded by DFID and supported by the World Bank, GTZ, and KFW, aimed to finance and develop small and medium enterprises in India. Minal worked closely with the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, and over 150 BDS providers in Pune to empower and strengthen MSMEs.
Leading the Maitri: Minal has assembled a team of experienced professionals who share her commitment to empowering MSMEs. Together, they strive to provide comprehensive support and guidance to businesses of all sizes.
